Celebrating Our Anglican Heritage! Join the Choir's 2008 Pilgrimage to England!
2005 marked the fifth year of St. Christopher’s Music Director, Jacob Manier. Under his leadership, the choir has realized many accomplishments, and they began to consider how they might recognize their musical growth while setting even higher goals. At a choir dinner, someone suggested half in jest a pilgrimage to England. The idea slowly began to take shape, and after several months, Jacob asked the choir for a commitment to prepare an audition recording that could qualify them for invitations to sing in England during the summer of 2008. After months of hard work and practice they recorded an audition CD in March 2007. The result: St. Christopher's choir has passed the audition criteria at several prestigious institutions, including York Minster, Ely Cathedral, and Westminster Abbey!
