Youth Group The St. Christopher’s Youth Ministries Program provides a variety of fun and fellowship, spirituality, worship and learning opportunities for youth in grades 7-12. FAITH FORMATION - Sundays, 10:00 - 11:00 a.m through the school year. As young people make their passage from childhood to young adulthood, their Faith Formation needs change. The St. Christopher’s youth faith formation program encourages young people to go deeper in their faith, discussing and debating theological issues and viewpoints and experimenting with a variety of practices of Christianity. On any given Sunday morning, you may find the young people in prayer or meditation, exploring the Bible or learning about the rich history of the Episcopal tradition. YOUTH GROUP - Wednesdays, 6:30 - 8:00 p.m. through the school year Youth Group is designed to provide a safe, fun, and positive atmosphere that nutures self-esteem, social interaction, and Christian values. On Wednesday nights, you may find the youth participating in a variety of volunteer opportunities in the community, watching a movie, planning their next event, eating pizza, and, (of course) playing foosball and sardines in our newly remodeled youth room. Other Youth Activities -- As Planned Last year the youth participated in lock-ins, an all-parish St. Nicholas Pancake Breakfast, Halloween and Christmas Parties, collected food for families, and created a labyrinth. St. Christopher’s youth have also been involved in the area Teens Encounter Christ Christian renewal program. This year, the youth are planning a summer pilgrimage to The 2006 General Convention of the Episcopal Church in Columbus, Ohio.
